The Historic Royal Palaces
This display was to created to tell the story of the Peasants Revolt, an important day in the history of England which took place at the Tower of London in 1381.
MUF Associates commissioned Envisage to fit out an exhibit within the Constable Tower. Working within the context of an historic building creates a number of challenges where there are no plumb walls or level floors. Working within the tight confines of the Constable Tower was no exception.
The story was told by a series of vignettes that light to show how the events unfolded during the day. We also created a backdrop for a model of the castle.
