Exhibition contractor choice is always a difficult decision for exhibitors, is it based on exhibition stand design, the ability of an exhibition stand manufacturer to work to a tight exhibition stand budget or the perceived service and quality a stand builder can offer.

Envisage aims to offer a solution to all of these requirements. It is very easy to meet design and budget requirements with tangible results but the notion of service and quality is a little harder to prove.

In addition to these issues Envisage is always looking at ways to improve throughout the business. Driving down costs to offer our clients better value for money, managing risk more effectively and generally improving customer experience are all high on our agenda.

Envisage has chosen to pursue ISO 9001:2008 with the aim to deal with these desires along with gaining general organisational improvements through improved customer satisfaction, staff motivation and continual improvement.

In addition to this and possibly the main driving factor behind the decision to take this path and make the substantial investment required is to offer our clients the security and peace of mind that dealing with one of the 897,000 organizations world wide with an ISO standard offers.

Envisage is working at present with BSI to gain accreditation for ISO 9001 and aims to have completed the initial assessment by the summer of this year.
