Climate change is at the forefront of most of our minds these days, in our personal lives and at work. Furthermore business is being looked upon to take the issue ever more seriously and to limit its effects on it.

Exhibiting must be one of the most un-environmentally sound tasks that organisations undertake on an annual basis. The processes of transporting exhibition stand materials, contractors, staff and visitors to a location, at best the other side of the country is a very C02 intensive. We here at Envisage are very conscious of this and as such have gone to great lengths firstly to reduce our carbon emissions by the implementation of energy saving technology and secondly by the adoption of greener working practices. In addition to this and with the desire to operate a completely carbon neutral organisation we have carried out considerable research into calculating the remaining carbon excesses in our operations and locating the best off-setting partner to neutralise them.

Envisage have chosen Carbon Earth due to their two distinct project sectors. These are broken down firstly into renewable Energy Projects based in the Third World and vital to producing Renewable Energy in developing countries and reducing the need to use fossil fuels.

Secondly and the greatest contributing factor to our choice to partner up with Carbon Earth is their commitment to UK based projects. Carbon Earth's Woodland Projects give us all a way to return something to the UK environment and offset carbon dioxide.
