Chocolate Cakes in China?

From the our first contact with Unifine Food and Bake Ingredients BV of Belgium, it was clear that we were working with a quality producer of confectionary ingredients. A single show was the catalyst for a major distribution deal throughout China.

Unifine F & B I produce a range of ingredients that enable local bakers to produce the best looking cakes imaginable. Gateaux that had buyers lining up in the aisles in Shanghai.

Designing and stand building for such products bring with it new challenges. After all that melt in the mouth moment presents a problem in the summertime temperatures of places such as Dubai, Singapore and Shanghai.
