Canon In-store

Recently retail designers Dalziel + Pow were appointed to explore what Canon means as a three dimensional brand and to design a new model for its store-in-store concept. As part of the in-store experience a high quality retail environment was specified by Dalziel + Pow which would be placed in a variety of department stores throughout Europe.

Dalziel + Pow realised that Canon required not only a retail interior specialist for the fit out of store-in-store environments but also a company with experience of very short construction times and local knowledge across Europe.

Envisage exhibition stand designers have supported Dalziel + Pow in their own exhibition activities for the past ten years. This has helped them showcase their expertise in retail and corporate interiors and develop their client base. We thus became the natural choice to install the first trial sites in the summer of 2008. We have gone on to partner Canon & Dalziel + Pow with a further nine projects in 2009 ranging from the Currys store on Junction 9 of the M6 to more glamorous locations such as Paris, Vienna, Geneva, and Oslo.

Dalziel + Pow was established in 1983 and provides design services to leisure and retail clients. The consultancy has grown over the last twenty years to become one of the leading players in the creation of brands and brand environments.
