2009 Apprenticeship Program

Custom exhibition stand build

Exhibition contractors Envisage warmly welcome 17 year old Ronald Tomkinson to their exhibition stand building team as this year's exhibition stand joinery apprentice.

Ronald was introduced to the company by their training partner for exhibition stand joiners, Stoke on Trent College. After meeting Ronald and assessing his previous work at the college there was no doubt that he would fit in with the existing team with custom built exhibition stands.

Envisage are very excited to increase their exhibition contractor apprentice program and wish Ronald all the best in a hopefully long and happy carrier of custom exhibition stands.

Exhibition contractors have a need for highly specialized tradespeople The construction of exhibition stands is often very complex both in exhibition stand design and the time constraints of the buildup period. Most normal trades people do not have the necessary skills for the exhibition stand environment.

Envisage as an exhibition stand company and like any quality minded exhibition contractors has to continually look to recruit and retain these highly skilled craftspeople.

Apprenticeships are the proven way to train a workforce in most industrial sectors but even more so for exhibition stand designers. Apprenticeships make your organization more effective, productive and competitive by addressing skill gaps directly; this is key for any exhibition stand builder.
